Shoulder Pain

Do you suffer from Shoulder Pain?

You could find relief using alternative treatments for shoulder pain.

Shoulder Pain and Qigong Exercises

Shoulder pain is often due to soreness of the rotator cuff tendon or the subacromial bursa. This is commonly caused by degeneration as well as excessive force injuries and physical stress.

Qigong (or Chi Kung) has been used for thousands of years to reduce tension, balance emotions, and relieve stress. The exercises of Qigong are gentle, simple, and non-strenuous stretches, postures and movements. Regular practice of Qigong greatly strengthens the muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
